We are honored that your family is choosing to attend NCC Kids! We hope this information helps you know what to expect when you arrive. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at kids@national.cc.

First Time Guest & Check-In Procedures

Our Family Connect check-in station opens 15 minutes prior to the service. For first time visitors, you will fill out an information card for your family. If your child receives any services or support at school that would be helpful for us to know, you are welcome to use this form to inform us so we can best serve your child.

Upon check-in, parents and children will receive matching security stickers. Only individuals with a security sticker are permitted to enter the kids’ space. When service concludes, you can pick up your child at their room by presenting your matching security sticker. If you misplace your sticker, please check-in at the NCC Kids front desk.

You will receive a text through our check-in system if we need to page you for any reason (ex: a young child needing assistance using the restroom).

Safety and Security

Safety is a priority for us. Our volunteers have completed an application process including a thorough background check and references. All volunteers can be identified at any time by a name badge and NCC Kids t-shirt. At least two adult volunteers are present with children at all times. Volunteers are supported by NCC Kids staff and the campus security & safety team.

In the case of an emergency, such as a fire alarm, NCC volunteers will follow safety procedures under the direction of NCC staff. You will be contacted via text through the check-in app.

Partnering with Parents in the Discipleship Process

During our services, kids are presented with a lesson from the Bible, engaging small groups, fun games, and meaningful activities where they can build relationships with one another and learn more about God. It is our priority to teach kids things that can be applied at home. We are committed to providing parents with tools so that they can continue what kids learn on the weekends at church throughout the week at home.
